The United Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced its recipients of the 2013 Person of the Year and Business of the Year Awards. The awards will be presented at the Chamber's Annual Meeting & Luncheon Nov. 14 at noon at Lakeview Pavilion, 45 Lakeview Rd., Foxborough. The cost is $45 with pre-paid registration. PERSON OF THE YEAR
Oreste (Rusty) D'Arconte has been named at The United Regional Chamber of Commerce's Person of the Year. Rusty has given back to the greater Attleboro community for the past 40 years in a variety of ways. Former publisher of The Sun Chronicle and past chairman of the Board of Directors of The United Regional Chamber of Commerce, Rusty has participated on many boards of local agencies and charities.

"I believe that it is most appropriate to present Rusty with this award for all that he has done for the Greater Attleboro area," said State Rep. Elizabeth Poirier in her nomination of Rusty. "Rusty has my unqualified recommendation to be nominated and named The United Regional Chamber of Commerce's 'Person of the Year.'"
