Stay on track toward your health and fitness goals! Join us for a 45-min fitness class designed specifically for older adults and taught by a certified instructor. This easy to follow workout is safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints.
Energize your active lifestyle by increasing muscular strength, range of movement & balance!
Hand-held weights and elastic tubing are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

More About Seekonk Total Fitness
This locally owned gym makes it easy to stay fit, even at the busiest times. The sprawling facility is loaded with cardio and weight machines, and has scheduled classes in such activities as spinning, cardio kickboxing, pilates and step aerobics. Babysitting is available so Mom or Dad can get that workout in.
