DESCRIPTION:Rockland Trust today announced it is hosting customer appreci
 ation events on Friday\, December 7 and Saturday\, December 8 to thank c
 ustomers for their business and for helping Rockland Trust being named a
 s &ldquo\;Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the Ne
 w England Region&rdquo\; in 2012 by J.D. Power and Associates.&nbsp\; Ro
 ckland Trust customers and prospective customers are invited to the cele
 bration\, which will take place in all Rockland Trust branches during no
 rmal business hours.&nbsp\; In addition the celebrations will be hosted 
 at all Central Bank branches\, which became a division of Rockland Trust
  on November 9.\nDuring the appreciation event\, Rockland Trust will giv
 e away chocolate bars at all branches to the first 25\,000 customers\, w
 ith one chocolate bar per person. 25 of the bars will include a &ldquo\;
 winning silver ticket&rdquo\; entitling the recipient to win a prize.&nb
 sp\; The prizes include iPads (five prizes)\, $200 Stop and Shop gift ca
 rds (five prizes)\, and $50 gas cards (15 prizes).
