More About Attleboro Public Library
Attleboro Public Library
The Attleboro Public Library is more than a historic building with an 80,000 collection. The library, first opened in 1907 with an endowment and donated land from Joseph L. Sweet, is a place for the community to participate in children's programs, access the Internet and be part of a city-wide reading program. It is a place for patrons to listen to audio books, read old periodicals and receive homework help. The library hosts story time for children ages infant to 18 months, training and development courses, chess clubs and multiple sclerosis support groups.
