Baking for FUN! And to understand the reasons why certain chemical processes happen. This class will focus on what sugar does to our food and our bodies. Crystallized & powdered, baked & cooked- it all about sugar. How it reacts to preserve and change our food. We will make apple pies, thumbprint cookies and much, much more!
Instructions and Directions: Bring cooking apron or wear clothing appropriate for working in the kitchen.
Please notify instructor if child has food or other allergies.
