At large City Councilor Jay DiLisio will be holding Constituent Office Hours on Wednesday, February 13th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Ugly Dog Books located at 75 Union Street in Attleboro. Attleboro residents are welcome to meet with Councilor DiLisio to discuss the issues that are facing the city.
In a continued effort to support locally owned businesses, Councilor DiLisio will hold Constituent Office Hours at a different business in the city on the first Wednesday of each month.
Councilor DiLisio has held Constituent Office Hours at Scorpio's in February, Morin's in March, Sangria's in April, Attleboro House of Pizza in June, Park Street Pizza in July, The Clam Shack in August, Briggs Corner Pizzeria in September, The Mediterranean Grill in October, The Caribbean Kitchen in November, and Weatherlaines in December.

Ugly Dog Books is a locally owned bookstore. It offers a wide array of adult and children's titles. It also sells a variety of specialty items, such as greeting cards, puzzles, games and T-shirts. Ugly Dog Books supports local writers by offering writing workshops and selling local writer's books at the store. It also donates a portion of its proceeds to charities such as the St. Joseph's Food Pantry and The Literacy Center.
