Wamsutta Middle School is one of three middle schools in Attleboro that provides education to students in grades five through eight. The school, located off Oak Hill Ave., is set back from the road and sits on beautifully landscaped grounds. The back of the school includes a courtyard with benches and a fountain. Led by principal, Karol Coffin, Wamsutta provides students with several academic and extracurricular activities, including vocabulary bees, student vs. faculty basketball games, and math contests. Wamsutta has made its mark in the community by participating in events throughout the community, including its walk-a-thon, volunteer breakfast, and Veteran's Day ceremony.
