Winter Returns to Attleboro, Seekonk

Take a look at what's happening in Attleboro and Seekonk.

 

1. Step outside, and you will see there is snow on the ground from an overnight drop. More rain, snow and sleet are expected before 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. Rain and sleet should continue between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., and then there is a chance of more snow after 5 p.m. The daytime high is expected to be 36 and the nighttime low should reach 27.

2. Attleboro Public Schools will hold a Kindergarten Orientation for parents and guardians for the school year 2013-14. You should attend at 7 p.m. at the elementary school your child will be attending. 

3. The Seekonk Board of Library Trustees will hold a monthly meeting at 6 p.m.

4.bThere will be an MS Support Group for Women at the Attleboro Public Library at 11:30 a.m.

5.  The Attleboro Rotary Club will meet at Highland Country Club at 12:10 p.m.
