Team Camo’s Head Trainer, Andy Calise, was full of pride when I met up with him this week. Out of 46 participants, six of his team members took the top 10 spots including 2nd and 3rd places. Team Camo also was ranked the top team of the five teams competing in this weight loss challenge.

I asked Andy what he’s walking away with from this Challenge and he said “I think my personal feeling is I’m struck by a sense of having helped people accomplish things that are important t them. A lot of people struggle with their weight and here in a short span of 10-weeks we’ve helped them to do things that seemed impossible. “
“I think it’s very important to emphasize this weight loss is a 10-week program that’s meant to help lead people into living a more healthy lifestyle. And our goal as trainers is to set each participant up for success on their own.” said Andy.
