Two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision on North Main Street near the Keith Drive intersection on Thursday at approximately 10:20 p.m., a witness told Attleboro Patch.
Jaws of life were used to remove at least one person from one of the vehicles and at least one person was sent to a hospital in Rhode Island.
"I heard a car speed by," said a man who lives near the crash site. "Shortly after, I heard a tire blow out, and then a crash. It was just a chain of events."
A power pole was struck in the crash, knocking out power at least briefly.
A dispatcher at the Attleboro police station told Patch at 12 a.m. that the crash was under investigation and nobody from the station could comment.
