Local Blues Artist Shor'ty Billups will perform at the Attleboro Arts Museum

1. The Seekonk Public Library will have a parent-child play group at 10 a.m.
2. Memorial Baptist Church of Seekonk will have a Men’s Fellowship Breakfast on Saturday, October 13 at 8 a.m.
3. The Attleboro Farmer’s Market will be giving away pumpkins at Saturdays Farmer’s Market. Each family can take one and carve it to be brought back and entered in a contest at next Saturday’s Farmer’s Market.
4. On Saturday, October 13th The Big Read/Attleboro's 1ABC and The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Committee of Greater Attleboro will host ‘Jim Crow and the Blues’ at 3 p.m. at the Attleboro Arts Museum.
5. Today will be a chance of showers, mainly before 1 p.m. Increasing clouds, with a high near 56; this is according to the National Weather Service. At night there will be areas of frost after 3 a.m. Otherwise, clear, with a low around 31.
