Seekonk Celebrates Beatlemania
Here is a look at what is happening in Attleboro and Seekonk.
1. The Seekonk Public Library will host The Beatlemania Years at 6:30 p.m. The program will feature local actor and music enthusiast Mark Cartier as he traces the history and development of the band through use of several songs.
2. The Attleboro Redevelopment Authority will hold a meeting at Attleboro Public Library at 3 p.m.
3. The Attleboro Democratic City Committee will hold its monthly meeting at Attleboro Public Library at 7 p.m.
4. The Seekonk Recycling Committee will hold a meeting at Seekonk Town Hall at 7 p.m.
5. It is expected to be mostly cloudy with a high near 70 during the day, according to the National Weather Service. The wet theme also could continue, with the forecast calling for a 40 percent chance of rain. At night, it is expected to be mostly cloudy with a low near 52.
