Readers' Choice: Nominate Your Favorite Elected Official

Who is your favorite office holder in Attleboro and Seekonk?

If it's near and dear to your heart, Patch wants to know—tell us about the best elected leader in Attleboro and Seekonk.

Nominate your favorite elected leader in the comments below. Once you do, Patch will officially add him or her to the running for best of the best—and later this summer, he or she may beat out the competition to become the number one Readers' Choice.

We will take nominations through July 9; voting begins July 23.

Both great choices. We need more nominations on this one! People are ripping electing leaders frequently on this site. You should give some kudos to ones you like as well.

Absolutely agree Jonathan! It'd be nice to read something positive about the people we've voted into office!

Ken Parent, School Committee, Ward VI is my favorite elected official. He is a great husband, wonderful father and he truly represents the Attleboro community. However, of course, I am biased and this should not really count, but I am proud with how he conducts himself.

Hi Pietro: Yes, you can nominate as many people as you want. But you only be able to vote for one. So you'll have to make the tough choice next month. Thanks for contributing.

I'll second deb's choice and nominate Seekonk Town Moderator, Michelle Hines.

I've often wished Michelle would run for a seat on the BOS, but there might be a conflict with her job and all.

Richard Conti. He's not afraid to speak up for his constituents.
