High School Athletic Complex Project Moves Forward

Take a look at what's happening in Attleboro and Seekonk.

 

1. Our good friends at The Sun Chronicle reported that the Attleboro School Committee and school building committee voted unanimously Wednesday to give Gale Associates the OK to start making design plans for the athletic complex overhaul at Attleboro High School. The design plans for the $3.1 million project are expected to be completed by Feb. 28, according to The Chronicle.

2.  All Saints Episcopal Church in Attleboro will offer a service of prayer and peace at 5:45 p.m.

3.  The Attleboro Special Education Parent Advisory Council will host a parent support night at Brennan Middle School at 7 p.m.

4.  St. Paul's Church Boy Choir of Boston will perform at a Christmas Concert to benefit La Salette Shrine's Festival of Lights at 7:30 p.m.

5. The National Weather Service's daytime forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high near 42. At night, it is expected to be cloudy with a low near 34. There is a 70 percent chance of rain, but that is not expected to arrive until after 3 a.m.
