Bielat, who is running for the 4th Congressional District seat, will participate in a live chat Thursday, Oct. 11 at 12 p.m. on Attleboro-Seekonk Patch.

A Norfolk resident, Bielat is running against Brookline Democrat Joe Kennedy III to fill the seat of retiring Congressman Barney Frank. 

Patch has reached out to the Kennedy campaign for a similar live chat, but a date has not been scheduled.
