Attleboro: Shoplifting, Assault, Jury Duty

Twenty-two arrests are reported for Dec. 10-16.

 

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Dec. 10

  • 10:57 a.m. Joao J. Spinola, 24, of Pawtucket was arrested on Como Drive on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 
  • 6:22 p.m. Heather Lynn Morin, 27, of Attleboro was arrested at Bristol Place shopping center (1130 Newport Ave.) on suspicion of larceny over $250.

Dec. 11

  • 2:11 a.m. Danica Ann Rocha, 18, of Attleboro was arrested on Pleasant Street on suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. She was also accused of failure to stop or yield a vehicle.
  • 3:06 a.m. Jeffrey Grant Hoyer, 43, of Belmont was arrested on Newport Avenue on suspicion of an unspecified offense. He was charged with failure to attend jury duty.
  • 6:02 a.m. Andrea Michelle Bourdony, 34, of Pawtucket was arrested on County Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license. She was also accused of a marked lanes violation.
  • 11:46 a.m. Brendon J. Tate, 26, of Pawtucket was arrested at Bank of America (685 Washington St.) on suspicion of receiving stolen property and using a false check.
  • 2:07 p.m. Derek James Burgess, 22, of Plainville was arrested on Holden Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was also accused of speeding.
  • 10:48 p.m. Kevin J. Lennon, 44, of Taunton was arrested at 395 Brown Street on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.

Dec. 12

  • 12 a.m. Sara Beth Gray, 29, of Attleboro was arrested at Bristol Place shopping center (1130 Newport Ave.) on suspicion of shoplifting.
  • 6:57 a.m. Jennifer Molly Soeung, 21, of Providence was arrested on Cambridge Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license. She was also accused of a marked lanes violation.
  • 2:57 p.m. Christopher J. Cleveland, 39, of Attleboro was arrested on Newport Avenue on a warrant and suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was charged with larceny over $250.
  • 3:38 p.m. Michael L. Nadeau, 42, of Cumberland was arrested on Bacon Street on suspicion of drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with a license revoked for being a habitual traffic offender.

Dec. 13

  • 1:31 p.m. Christopher Allan Tansey, 28, of Attleboro was arrested on North Main Street on a warrant. He was charged with disorderly conduct. 
  • 6:14 p.m. David B Renner, 34, of North Attleboro was arrested at CVS (191 North Main Street) on suspicion of unarmed robbery and assault and battery.

Dec. 14

  • 4:25 a.m. Stephen G. Foley Jr., 26, of Norton was arrested at 29 Sagamore Road on suspicion of four counts of nighttime breaking and entering for a felony and disturbing the peace.
  • 2:16 p.m. Amanda L. Feliz, 27, of Cranston was arrested on Perry Avenue on suspicion of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle with a license revoked for being a habitual traffic offender.
  • 7:06 p.m. Justin Pires, 17, of Pawtucket was arrested at Bob's Store (1110 Newport Ave.) on a warrant and suspicion of shoplifting. He was charged with shoplifting.
  • 9:37 a.m. Steven J. Messier, 29, of Attleboro was arrested at his home on Phillips Street on a warrant. He was charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor.

Dec. 15

  • 2:05 p.m. Gary M. Butkus, 55, of Attleboro was arrested at his Knott Street home on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 2:29 p.m. Samuel R. DaSilva, 37, of Attleboro was arrested at his Dunham Street home on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 3:55 p.m. Mark Robinson, a 44-year-old homeless man, was arrested on Park Street on suspicion of public drinking and disorderly conduct.

Dec. 16

  • 2:14 p.m. Joseph R. Green, 28, of Riverside was arrested at Bob's Store (1110 Newport Ave.) on suspicion of shoplifting and a warrant. He was charged with shoplifting.

*The time indicates when the person was booked at the Attleboro police station.
