Police arrested a car full of men just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday.

Attleboro Police arrested four men just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday  after police were called to Shell Gas on South Avenue for a report of a man with a gun.

Police confiscated a .22 caliber gun, ammunition and arrested the four men who were identified as Manuel Teixeira Jr., 20, of Pawtucket, RI, Dylan Contreras,18, of Pawtucket, RI, Tyrone Ball Jr., 22, of Pawtucket, RI, and Joshua Demers, 19 of Attleboro.

All four were men charged with disturbing the peace, carrying a gun without a license and carrying a dangerous weapon to wit a firearm. Dylan Contreras was also charged with possession of ammunition.

Attleboro Police Det. Sgt. Art Brillon said the four men exchanged words with another group of partygoers on a limousine bus and that it turned into a confrontation.

After the police were called, the car fled the gas station, located near the Interstate 95 Exit 3 off-ramp, in a gray Audi just before police arrived.

Officer Joseph Daday saw the Audi was leaving the scene just as he was arriving. He radioed into dispatch and stopped the car. Several police officers, including Officers Mark Barton, Rafael Ruano, Leo Fontaine, Yuri Bukhenik and Thomas Laporte, arrived to assist.

Teixeira, Ball and Contreras were initially held at the Attleboro Police Department pending bail, which was set at $300, while Demers was held on $3,000 bail.

As of noon time Saturday, Joshua Demers and Dylan Contreras' bail has been raised to $15,000 cash, according to police. Manuel Teixeira and Tyrone Ball were released on $300 cash bail.

The gray Audi was impounded at Attleboro Police Department while the incident was under investigation.
