Karma is a funny thing, it could be you next week in color for missing jury duty or a ticket you paid but they didn't file yet.

"A liberal is a conservative who has been arrested"

In 2004, I was taken away in chains for "larceny". It was a 15 year old warrent for failing to return a video tape. No one even knew what the warrant was for. It was "Gorillas in the mist", for several reasons I remember returning it. The video store had burned to the ground in 1991. After 5 hours in the "tank", I was let go for "time served".

Another time I was taken out of my house in chains for failure to have my smoke detectors inspected. Notice had been sent to a 15 year old address, also a hole in the ground by then. As the judge said "Why didn't you call the guy?"
