The Attleboro High girls varsity basketball team will host Brockton Monday in the preliminary round of the MIAA South Division 1 tournament. Fourteenth-seeded Attleboro (12-10) and No. 19 Brockton (10-10) did not meet during the regular season. The game will take place at 7 p.m.
If the Bombardiers win, they will face third-seeded North Attleboro (16-4) in the first round Wednesday. The Rocketeers defeated the Bombardiers 62-49 in December and 61-53 last month.
Bishop Feehan will have two teams in the postseason.
The second-seeded boys (16-4) have a bye in the preliminary round of the South Division 3 tournament and will play at home in the first round against either No. 15 O'Bryant (12-8) or No. 18 Dover-Sherborn (10-10).
The Shamrocks girls team (16-4) is seeded seventh and will also have a preliminary round bye in the South Division 2 tournament. They will host a first-round game Wednesday against No. 10 Walpole, which also has a preliminary round bye.
The Bishop Feehan double header will begin at 5 p.m., with the girls playing first.
