The 2013 fiscal year property values were released and approved by the Department of Revenue last week. They can be accessed on the Assessor Web page by clicking here. You can scroll on the PDF file and look up your address. Or you can go to our CSC site by clicking here to access your property record card.

The Board of Assessors will be presenting estimated tax figures to the Board of Selectmen at their classification hearing Dec. 12 at 6 p.m. Selectmen will be voting on the 2013 tax rate for commercial, residential and personal property.
